We may share your personal information with prospective employers for job matching, third-party service providers including SendGrid (email communications), SMSGlobal (SMS communications), and Calendly (interview scheduling), AI processing providers for assessment and verification services, and government authorities when required by law.

Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Australia for the purpose of AI-powered assessment and verification services. We take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients handle your information in accordance with the APPs.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Assessment data is retained for the duration of the recruitment engagement plus a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Under the Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your personal information, lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), and opt out of direct marketing communications.
